Editorial and Evidence Policy

This policy explains how product guidance, configuration references, test results, certification statements and commercial information should be written and corrected.

Effective: 2026-10-30Owner: MistAirHome Product and Export Documentation Team
Direct answer

Public content supports discovery and procurement preparation. A current controlled specification, applicable evidence and final written quotation govern a selected product and order.

Content classes

General guidance

Explains concepts, methods and decision criteria. It is not a model specification.

Configuration reference

Shows a possible appearance or family. Exact materials, functions and availability require confirmation.

Measured result

Must state the model/version, method, conditions, date, result, reviewer and scope.

Commercial information

Price, MOQ, availability, lead time and warranty are time-sensitive and controlled by the written quotation.

Claims we do not publish without support

  • Invented reviews, ratings, testimonials, customer identities or endorsements.
  • Unverified market share, export volume, factory capacity or performance superlatives.
  • Certification claims generalized beyond the listed model and configuration.
  • Exact performance numbers without a method and evidence owner.
  • Local offices, inventory or service capability inferred only from export coverage.
  • City or country pages that add no real regulatory, logistics, product or service difference.

Authorship and review

Technical and procurement resources identify the responsible team and last material review date. Model claims should be reviewed by the product, engineering, quality or documentation owner appropriate to the claim. A department name does not replace the underlying controlled record.

Corrections and updates

Material errors should be corrected promptly. When a product configuration, document or commercial term changes, the public page should be revised or narrowed. Historical URLs may remain accessible for users, but obsolete or unverified records can be removed from discovery files and marked not for indexing while the underlying record is reviewed.

AI and search access

Canonical public resources may be crawled, summarized and cited subject to the site crawler policy. `llms.txt` and XML sitemaps are discovery aids, not proof of accuracy. Machine-readable markup must match visible content and must not introduce reviews, prices, certifications or claims that users cannot verify on the page.

How to report a concern

Email Mistairhome@163.com with the URL, disputed statement, reason and any supporting document. The team should record the review and correct, qualify or remove the statement as appropriate.
