What Evidence Should Support a Turbo Fan Product Claim?

A useful claim identifies the exact model and version, method, conditions, date, result, reviewer and supporting document. General category language cannot substitute for model-specific evidence.

Direct answer

Before accepting a specification, ask whether another competent person could reproduce the result and identify which configuration it covers. If the answer is no, treat the value as a claim requiring confirmation—not as an established fact.

Connect every claim to the selected configuration

A model-document matrix records the exact version, critical components, tests, battery files, market documents, packaging and approval status in one traceable row.

Review battery transport files separately from product compliance

Match the actual battery pack and shipment form to the UN 38.3 test-summary scope, current classification, packing method and route. Do not treat one cell report as approval for every complete fan.

The seven fields of a reviewable claim

FieldRequired informationWhy it matters
IdentityModel, version, firmware, battery, motor, impeller and accessoriesSmall configuration changes can alter performance and document scope.
MetricWhat was measured, unit and acceptance limitPrevents mixing RPM, air speed, airflow and pressure.
MethodFixture, distance, position, instrument and procedureMakes the result understandable and repeatable.
ConditionsMode, battery state, ambient conditions and background noiseExplains variation between tests.
ResultMeasured value, sample count, variation and pass/fail ruleSeparates evidence from promotional wording.
ControlDate, report number, reviewer and revisionSupports traceability and change management.
ScopeModels, markets and limitations coveredStops one result being generalized to unrelated products.

Evidence classes used on this site

Class A

Public controlled evidence

A dated method, result and scope are publicly accessible and can be reviewed without an account.

Class B

Available on request

A controlled document may be reviewed by a qualified buyer under appropriate confidentiality terms.

Class C

Configuration reference

An image or general description supports discovery only; it does not prove a performance or compliance claim.

Certification and transport documents

Verify the applicant or certificate holder, issuing body or laboratory, standard and edition, report or certificate number, issue date, model list, critical components and destination-market relevance. A battery-cell report is not automatically an approval for the complete fan, and a document for one charger or motor should not be generalized to every configuration.

Commercial details such as price, MOQ, availability, lead time, warranty and territory arrangements are time-sensitive. The current written quotation and signed agreement control.

How buyers can request an evidence package

  1. Send the product URL, model or requirement set.
  2. State the destination market and sales channel.
  3. List the performance and document requirements.
  4. Ask for the applicable model/version and document matrix.
  5. Record open items and exceptions before sample approval.
  6. Bind the final approved files to the purchase specification.
